Founder & Executive Director
John is the Founder & Executive Director of Priority Insight. On any given day, he may be leading Bible Studies, coaching leaders, counseling, writing, teaching, and/or neck deep in admin issues.
When taking a break in the action, John loves a good quail hunt, traveling to new places (or his favorite NC mountain get-a-way), a great book, a morning mountain hike, an afternoon with friends and/or family, or a quiet evening with Jo.

Meet Jo
Co-Founder & Director of Counseling
Jo is the Co-Founder of Priority Insight and the Director of Counseling. Within the ministry, she combines her passions for writing, teaching Scripture, and all things counseling. God Speaks Girl sits at the heart of her heart for women’s ministry.
Though generally serious and quiet, Jo brings creativity, warmth, and fun into everything she does—often with camera in hand. She’s a devoted mom, self-professed soap snob, Jake’s favorite treat purveyor, and a firm believer that hiking boots are the best shoes.
She treasures time with friends and family, loves capturing beauty in ordinary moments, and is deeply grateful that God’s grace has changed her life.

Meet Jenna
Director of the Leadership Academy & Ministry Engagement
Described by her team as the ministry Swiss Army knife, Jenna joyfully joined the Priority Insight crew in July 2025. As Director of the Leadership Academy & Ministry Engagement, she loves being able to combine many of her passions as she serves in various ways within the ministry. Jenna is grateful to spend her days enjoying a mix of developing and leading courses, coaching leaders, assisting with Bible studies, creating resources, supporting all things God Speaks Girl, and hopping in to help wherever she can around the counseling office. She is also very committed to making sure everyone has lunch!
Most of Jenna's free time is spent loving on her super cute niece and nephew, finding fun with family and friends, recording the occasional podcast, and enjoying a wild and sweet life in her hometown of Statesboro, GA.

Meet Doug
Chaplain & Leadership Coach
Doug joined the Priority Insight team bringing a background in Army chaplaincy and pastoral ministry. He is engaged in leadership coaching, chaplaincy care, teaching through the Leadership Academy, and walking alongside young professionals.
A builder and connector at heart, Doug brings steady wisdom and a Christ-centered perspective to the leaders and communities he serves — meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with clarity and purpose.
At home, Doug is a devoted husband of over three decades, a father of twelve, and a grandfather — most happily found outdoors or in a good book, with family close by.

Social Media Coordinator
Creative powerhouse and detail enthusiast, Erin joined the Priority Insight team in March 2026 as our Social Media Coordinator. Holding an MBA from Georgia Southern University—alongside her undergraduate degree in Marketing and Logistics—she blends sharp business acumen with a genuine artistic spark that brings our online presence to life.

Meet Jake Norman
Chief Comfort Officer (CCO)
Affectionately dubbed "Employee of the Week" every week, Jake joined Jo on Mother’s Day 2020 as the ultimate gift that keeps on giving. Though he came from his third home in just 19 months—bringing plenty of love along with some well-earned trust issues—he’s since blossomed into the confident, joyful heart of our PI office.
No one would guess his reserved beginnings: today, he’s part of every meeting he can crash, often snoozing contentedly at someone’s feet. Jake is the world’s best listener—the muse of endless life lessons and the occasional dramatic story—and he’s never met a sweet potato or peanut butter treat he didn’t adore. A true office mascot and reminder that second (or fourth) chances can lead to the happiest endings.
